Copyright / DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 2026

EzraLink.org respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to submit a notice, how a user can respond with a counter-notice, and our policy on repeat infringers.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe a QR code or short link on EzraLink.org points to material that infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The specific EzraLink.org link (e.g. ezralink.org/q/…) or destination URL you are reporting, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

The fastest way to reach us is the abuse report form (choose “Copyright / DMCA”) or the agent email below. Misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-notice

If your link was disabled and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above including: your signature; identification of the disabled link; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found).

Repeat infringers

In line with our Terms of Service, we disable links that are the subject of valid notices and, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
